Fill out the request form at the bottom of the class material, this material is what you will be tested on. On site classes will be offered in the near future. If you desire to minister with us, please print out “Doctrinal Statement” and “Participation Form” below and mail completed form to us. Thank you.

You will be taken to “Elder Abuse video and test.” Modules 2, 3 and 4 will follow automatically upon completion of Module One. Ministry Guide and Training Manual

Ministry Guide and Training Manual can be worked on as an individual or in a small group. Questions can be answered via email on this page. Submit registration form for classes.

We do require that you take the “Elder Abuse” test first. This is a prerequisite to taking all the other classes. You will be directed to the “Elder Abuse Class” after you submit your registration form.

We highly recommend that you take all the remaining class and tests. You will receive a copy of your test results in your email in-box following the completion of each test.

Remember to download (to the left of page) the “Doctrinal Statement” and a copy of “Participation Agreement” (to be completed and give to the leader of the group you are assigned to, or it can mailed to us at the address found on the contact page.)
